4. Billing and Payment

4.1 Subscription Fees: Access to the API requires a paid subscription. Fees are based on your selected tier and usage levels.

4.2 Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Late Payment: Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your API access.

5. Intellectual Property

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOCKSCOUT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the API at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
